Identification and inference of network formation games with misclassified links

چکیده
This paper considers a network formation model when links are potentially misclassified. We focus on game-theoretical of strategic with incomplete information, in which the linking decisions depend agents’ exogenous attributes and endogenous characteristics. In presence link misclassification, we derive moment conditions that characterize identified set for preference parameters associated homophily externalities. Based equality conditions, provide an inference method is asymptotically valid single many agents observed. Finally, apply our misclassification-robust to study lending rural villages southern India.
